Join the Breathe Yoga Team for an empowering Full Yoga Mala, a traditional practice of completing 108 Sun Salutations. This powerful ritual is an illuminating way to welcome the summer season, harnessing the sun's energy to invigorate your body, mind, and spirit.
To support you through this intensive practice, a series of breaks will be offered in the form of meditations throughout the Full Yoga Mala. These pauses will provide moments of reflection, rejuvenation, and connection, allowing you to find balance and sustain your energy throughout the sequence.
We understand that this practice may seem challenging, which is why we are offering accessibility options to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace. Options will be provided and honored throughout the sequence. This event is about embracing the journey and celebrating the collective spirit of our community.
Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness and raises your auric-electro-magnetic signature - Life Force called Kundalini, Shakti, and Qi, to cultivate mental balance, strength and well-being in body, mind and spirit.
Our class begins with a Kundalini Yoga warmup that releases tight, blocked, even frozen energy that causes emotional and physical pain.
The Pranayama “breathwork” Meditation triggers an energetic detox, reboot and renewal, then you’ll relax and receive the 31-minute Gong Sound Healing and energetically redo you.
For countless centuries, Gong has been used for energy clearing and healing to unlock life force. Gong’s philharmonics quiet the brain, re-pattern the gray matter to come into the Alpha and Theta states of relaxation where healing happens. It’s sound vibration nourishes and balances the chakra system, restores the Pranic flow to eliminate dis-ease and reclaim an innate state of peaceful awareness.
