Founder, Breathe Yoga Studio
Greetings! I'm Angela, a compassionate individual dedicated to the art of healing and well-being. With a background as a nurse, mother, wife, and educator, my life's purpose has always revolved around service to others. Recently, I've embarked on an exciting new chapter, transitioning from the world of healthcare to the realm of well care through yoga.
I am on a mission to create a nurturing space where individuals can explore their unique wellness journeys. My vision goes beyond physical fitness; it encompasses the holistic well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from my experiences as a nurse and caregiver, I bring a unique perspective to the world of yoga, understanding the profound impact it can have on one's overall health.
My commitment extends beyond the studio walls; it's about fostering connections and building a supportive community. I believe in the strength of collaboration and the unity of diverse wellness practices. Together, we can create a space where each individual is empowered to take control of their wellness journey.
Join me at Breathe Yoga Studio, where we breathe, move, and grow together. Let's embark on a path of well-being, self-discovery, and empowerment.
