Founder, Breathe Yoga Studio
Greetings! I'm Angela, a compassionate individual dedicated to the art of healing and well-being. With a background as a nurse, mother, wife, and educator, my life's purpose has always revolved around service to others. I've transitioned from the world of healthcare to the realm of well care through yoga.
I am on a mission to provide a nurturing space where individuals can explore their unique wellness journeys. My vision goes beyond the physical; it encompasses the holistic well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from my experiences as a nurse and caregiver, I bring a unique perspective to the world of yoga, understanding the profound impact it can have on one's overall health.
My commitment extends beyond the studio walls; it's about fostering connections and building a supportive community. I believe in the strength of collaboration and the unity of diverse wellness practices. Together, we can create a space where each individual is empowered to take control of their wellness journey.
Join me at Breathe Yoga Studio, where we breathe, move, and grow as a community.

Kelly is a 200-hour RYT specializing in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. A lifelong athlete, she first stepped onto the mat seeking balance and soon discovered yoga’s transformative power — not just as a physical practice, but as a form of moving meditation.
Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her own life, Kelly pursued teacher training to give back to the community and help others tap into strength, clarity, and peace. She brings a deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, a versatile practice, and a true embodiment of the yogic lifestyle to everything she teaches.
Joyful, warm, and endlessly supportive, Kelly creates an inviting space where students can explore, grow, and connect with themselves. She’s always up for an adventure — paddleboard yoga, anyone? — and is a treasured part of the Breathe Yoga team. From energizing Vinyasa flows to deeply restorative Yin classes, Kelly guides students toward balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Natascha, a dedicated yoga teacher since 2009, draws from nearly 20 years of personal practice, finding inspiration in the transformative power and constant learning inherent in yoga. Guided by the philosophy that "Yoga is a state of mind, not a body position," imparted by her teacher, Indu Arora, Natascha creates a welcoming, accessible, and non-intimidating atmosphere in her classes. She empowers students to navigate life's waves, offering foundational tools and Ayurvedic wisdom with a touch of lightheartedness.
As a certified Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Natascha's commitment to education led her to diverse specialties, including restorative yoga, Yoga4Cancer, and more. She founded Udana Yoga and Wellness in Wisconsin, bringing yoga to her community for eight years. Beyond yoga, Natascha is a certified sound healer, Reiki practitioner, and end-of-life doula, offering compassionate support to individuals and families. She is also a pet loss bereavement specialist.
Now residing in the Pacific Northwest since 2018, Natascha continues her journey, exploring the region's beauty and embracing outdoor adventures with her partner and two dachshunds.
Meet Christine, a dedicated yogi with 25 years of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour RYT certification from an immersive training program in Thailand. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching at Breathe Yoga.
Drawing from her Chopra certification in Ayurveda, Christine introduces practical tools for balance and well-being, enriching her students' journeys both on and off the mat. She incorporates creative flows that encourage students to explore their boundaries and open up in ways they may have never thought possible.
One of Christine's greatest joys as an instructor is witnessing students achieve poses they never thought they could or would be able to. Christine creates an environment where students can challenge themselves, build strength and flexibility, and discover new possibilities on their yoga journey. She believes in empowering students to embrace their true potential and live their best lives through the practices of yoga. Christine finds inspiration in the growth and learning that comes from teaching, and she is committed to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
Christine is also known for curating meaningful moments through yoga, such as special occasion sessions that blend mindfulness with celebration. She ensures every client feels supported, inspired, and empowered in their practice.
"What does Love require of me today?" This is Jennifer's daily inquiry. A reminder that life and yoga are about service.
Jennifer came to a regular practice in 2018 freshly sober and exhausted from a life of trying to control everything around her. Her body, and her heart, were wounded and wide open. Yoga became the path back home to presence, radical acceptance and recalling her inner wisdom. Jennifer received her 200-hr RYT certification through Twist Yoga in 2021. Took 150-hr deep dive in philosophy and history of Yoga from Sellwood Yoga and has studied under her teachers Audra Carmine, Valerie Starr, & Christina Sell. With the generous offerings of Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Mark Nepo she began to comprehend the technology of mindfulness along with an asana practice.
Jenn believes yoga is a practice that heals, inspires AND anchors the Self during all types of weather. Her classes bring heart-centered awareness, humor, guidance from these ancient traditions, and creative movement so you can be sure you'll be physically challenged and empowered to connect to your own inner wisdom as well.
Erin has always believed that movement is essential for both physical and mental well-being. A dedicated yoga student for over a decade, she fell in love with the way yoga offers so much more than a workout — it’s a practice that supports balance, resilience, and presence both on and off the mat. Her own journey inspired her to become a yoga instructor, so she could share that passion with others.
As a licensed Physical Therapist, Erin brings a deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology to every class. Her flows are thoughtfully designed to encourage proper alignment, optimal muscle engagement, and safe, sustainable movement. In Erin’s classes, students feel truly seen — she tunes into each person’s unique body, reading subtle cues and offering guidance or modifications that meet their needs in the moment.
Her calm, reassuring presence creates a welcoming space where all students feel seen and supported. Erin meets people exactly where they are, encouraging them with a quiet confidence that helps them succeed on the mat. She’s made a special place for herself in supporting those who are new to yoga or those seeking a little extra guidance, while still offering sequences that are challenging, fun, and accessible for all levels.
Rooted in yoga philosophy and guided by her deep knowledge of the body, Erin’s classes offer a unique blend of mindful movement, thoughtful alignment, and supportive community.
