The evening will begin with gentle breathwork and flow into a nourishing blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga, followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation. Together, we'll create space to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and reconnect through movement, breath, and rest. 🌿✨

Join us for a unique coastal experience designed to slow you down and reconnect with both yourself and the natural world.
We’ll begin with a guided 5 senses meditation, using breath, movement, and awareness to gently bring the body into stillness and presence. This practice is accessible for all ages and helps deepen your connection to the environment around you.
From there, we’ll explore the tide pools at Hug Point. As we carry that sense of calm with us, you’ll start to notice what’s often missed—the subtle movement, hidden sea life, and quiet beauty that reveals itself when we become still.
Led by Christine, a former marine biologist, this experience blends mindfulness with coastal exploration in a way that’s both educational and deeply grounding.
