Join us as we kick off Breathe Outdoors, our summer series of free, community gatherings designed to get us outside,
moving, and connecting 🌿☀️
We’re starting with the beautiful Trail of 10 Falls at Silver Falls 💧 a moderate 7.2 mile hike with a steady, supported pace and incredible views along the way 🌲 This is a chance to step out of the studio, into nature, and experience your practice in a different way 🥾
After our hike, we’ll head into the Silverton area for lunch at a local eatery 🍽️ and spend a little more time together 🧡
Breathe Outdoors is open to all. Just come join ✨ Sign-up in the studio so we can get a sense of the group. Dress for the weather, bring what you need for the trail 🎒 and know you’ll be supported along the way.

🌬️ Beginning with a calming breathing practice, you’ll be guided into a nurturing meditation that cultivates compassion, warmth, and goodwill toward yourself and others.
🌿✨ This practice offers a peaceful space to rest and soften, nurturing inner ease and loving presence that flows naturally outward.
Meet Maddy:
Maddy offers a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing grounded in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and traditional Japanese Reiki. As a Reiki Shihan (Master) and 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in multi-style Vinyasa, Active Meditation, and Yin, she lovingly supports others through meditation and embodied practices. Her work is centered on cultivating compassion, inner balance, and a sense of ease that carries into everyday life.

Join Natascha, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, for this beginner-friendly workshop where you'll explore:
Through discussion, self-inquiry, and accessible practices including movement and breathwork, you'll walk away with a fresh lens for understanding your true nature.
Handouts will be provided. Bring a journal and pen, water, and wear comfortable clothing for some gentle movement.
Natascha is offering workshop participants a special rate for an initial Ayurvedic Wellness intake virtual session, where you can dive deeper and receive individualized lifestyle recommendations.

Join us for a focused and energizing Mat Pilates class led by our very own Katerina Iconomou—certified Pilates instructor and familiar face in our community. This session is designed to build deep core strength, improve stability, and support overall alignment through controlled, intentional movement.
You’ll work through exercises that target the abdominals, glutes, hips, and postural muscles—creating a strong, balanced foundation that supports both your yoga practice and everyday movement. Expect a steady pace, mindful transitions, and an emphasis on form and breath.
