A 6-Week Series for Beginners & Returners


Curious about yoga or ready to return to the basics? Rooted offers a supportive, non-intimidating introduction to yoga, focusing on breath, alignment, mindful movement, and simple philosophy to help you build confidence at your own pace. 🪷


Classes move slowly and intentionally, with options, guidance, and time for questions—creating space to learn, explore, and feel comfortable in your body. A brief weekly recap email will be sent to help reinforce what we practice and support you between classes. 💌

Come settle into a gentle evening of rest, softness, and loving care 🤍✨ This practice is all about bringing warmth back to the Self and turning your attention inward with kindness.


Gabi will hold the space with a soothing sound bath 🎶 that supports deep relaxation and calm. As the sound washes over you, Ali will guide you into comfortable restorative shapes and offer Reiki to the head, back, and lower body ✋💫 Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to unwind, release tension, and receive loving attention from within.


Together, sound and Reiki invite you to soften, feel supported, and reconnect with your own quiet inner tenderness 🌿 This session is meant to feel like a warm hug for your nervous system and your heart.


Enjoy a calming tea service upon arrival 🍵 Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Doors will close at the event start time to preserve a peaceful experience for everyone.

Each session weaves together accessible meditation, dharma reflections, and simple grounding practices that support emotional clarity and nervous system balance. No experience is required; you’re not here to perform stillness, but to explore it. 🌿

In this introductory workshop, Natascha will gently guide you through the seven main chakras using mindful movement, breathwork, sound, visualization, and quiet reflection. 🧘‍♀️🌬️🎶 This offering is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and sense the subtle body with curiosity and care. 🌿
