Arrive early for a calming tea ritual 🍵 beginning at 6:45 PM. Doors will close promptly at 7:00 PM to preserve the peaceful experience for everyone.
We’ll begin with a short, grounding meditation 🧘 to connect with the breath and arrive fully. From there, you’ll settle into a supported reclined position—cozy and comfortable.
As you rest, Gabrielle will create a layered soundscape with crystal bowls, chimes, and soft rhythmic instruments 🎶 while Ali offers intuitive Reiki healing 🤲 to support energetic ease and restoration.
We’ll close with gentle grounding to help you move back into your evening with softness and clarity. 🌿
