A Nourishing Evening of Reiki & Sound ✨


Join Gabi & Ali for a quiet, nurturing evening of rest and resonance. 🌙


Enjoy a calming tea service 🍵 upon arrival—please plan to come 15 minutes early to settle in, sip, and get comfortable. Doors will close at the event start time to maintain a peaceful experience for all.


We’ll begin with a simple seated meditation 🧘‍♀️ to help you arrive and connect with your breath. From there, you’ll ease into a supported resting posture—free to move or adjust as needed for comfort.


Ali will offer gentle, intuitive Reiki 🤲 while Gabrielle creates an immersive soundscape 🎶 with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. We'll close with a few grounding moments 🌿 before you return to the rest of your evening.


No movement or experience needed. Come as you are, and receive in whatever way feels best for you.🧡

Breathe Outdoors: Forest Bathing at McIver State Park 🌲
Saturday, June 28 | 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM


Step into stillness and reconnect with nature 🌿 during this mindful forest bathing experience. Join us at beautiful Milo McIver State Park as we gently meander through the trees 🌳, taking time to slow down, awaken the senses 👣, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world around us.


Unlike a traditional hike, forest bathing is about presence over pace 🐢. We’ll move slowly along a relatively flat path, pausing often to observe, breathe 🌬️, and experience the forest in a way we rarely allow ourselves to in everyday life.

This 2.5 hour journey is an invitation to come home to yourself through nature 💚.


What to Bring:

🕶️ Sunglasses or a hat
💛 An open heart


No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to be present. All are welcome! 🌞
