In this calming class, we’ll begin with a guided meditation in Savasana to center and relax the mind. Then, we’ll flow through four deeply restorative poses, where Ali will offer Reiki energy to the forehead, shoulders, low back, and legs, promoting relaxation and healing.
We’ll close with a silent Savasana, allowing you to fully integrate the experience and cultivate a deep sense of self-love and peace.
