🧘‍♀️💛 This gentle, hour-long Loving Kindness meditation invites you to touch gratitude in the present moment through mindful awareness.


🌬️ Beginning with a calming breathing practice, you’ll be guided into a nurturing meditation that cultivates compassion, warmth, and goodwill toward yourself and others.


🌿✨ This practice offers a peaceful space to rest and soften, nurturing inner ease and loving presence that flows naturally outward.


Meet Maddy:

Maddy offers a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing grounded in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and traditional Japanese Reiki. As a Reiki Shihan (Master) and 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in multi-style Vinyasa, Active Meditation, and Yin, she lovingly supports others through meditation and embodied practices. Her work is centered on cultivating compassion, inner balance, and a sense of ease that carries into everyday life.

Experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal under the illuminating energy of the full moon with Madelyn Rose of Madelyn Rose Wellbeing and Jenny Henning of Ripple Effect Sound Therapy through the harmonious combination of gong sound and Reiki.


The resonant tones of the gongs, paired with gentle Reiki, support the nervous system, invite release, and restore a sense of balance and inner calm. Aligned with the full moon—a time of reflection, release, and renewal—this immersive yet effortless experience creates space to unwind, reset, and reconnect, offering a steady refuge for rest, renewal, and inner alignment.

This all-levels Vinyasa offering is designed to be accessible, supportive, and welcoming to all. 


Free for members and just $5 for the community, it’s a meaningful way to experience the practice while staying connected.


These classes are led by emerging teachers as they grow into their voice and share their practice with the community.

Meet Salma:

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over 16 years, but my connection to the practice deepened in 2021 when I unexpectedly stepped into a Vinyasa class. I left feeling calm, energized, and fully present — what I like to call a “yoga high” — and it sparked a deeper curiosity about yoga. Inspired by that experience, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training at YogaSix in Danville, California, in 2024 and have since enjoyed sharing yoga through volunteer classes with friends, family, and my community. As a teacher, my intention is to create a welcoming, supportive space where students of all levels feel comfortable exploring their practice — not just to increase flexibility, but to build strength, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves.

8/15 Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Breathe Outdoors: 5 Senses Meditation + Tide Pool Exploration - FREE Community Event!

Join us for a unique coastal experience designed to slow you down and reconnect with both yourself and the natural world.


We’ll begin with a guided 5 senses meditation, using breath, movement, and awareness to gently bring the body into stillness and presence. This practice is accessible for all ages and helps deepen your connection to the environment around you.


From there, we’ll explore the tide pools at Hug Point. As we carry that sense of calm with us, you’ll start to notice what’s often missed—the subtle movement, hidden sea life, and quiet beauty that reveals itself when we become still.


Led by Christine, a former marine biologist, this experience blends mindfulness with coastal exploration in a way that’s both educational and deeply grounding.
