In this introductory workshop, Natascha will gently guide you through the seven main chakras using mindful movement, breathwork, sound, visualization, and quiet reflection. 🧘‍♀️🌬️🎶 This offering is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and sense the subtle body with curiosity and care. 🌿


You’ll explore how each chakra supports balance and overall well-being, while also noticing how these energy centers show up in everyday life. Thoughtful, accessible, and grounding, this workshop offers space to connect inward and leave with a deeper understanding of your own energetic landscape.

Maddy offers a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing grounded in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and traditional Japanese Reiki. As a Reiki Shihan (Master) and 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in multi-style Vinyasa, Active Meditation, and Yin, she lovingly supports others through meditation and embodied practices. Her work is centered on cultivating compassion, inner balance, and a sense of ease that carries into everyday life.
