Join us for a transformative Gong Meditation, where the vibrations of gongs, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls will guide you into the present moment, into a deep state of relaxation and inner calm. We'll start with a brief introduction to the therapeutic properties of sound, followed by conscious breath to center ourselves for 60-minutes of sound immersion.
